As in previous years, the Wanda Diamond League will see the world’s biggest stars from 32 disciplines compete in 14 of the most prestigious one-day meetings on four different continents. The most successful athletes will qualify for the two-day Wanda Diamond League Final in Brussels at the beginning of September.
Season opener on 8 May in Doha – grand finale in Brussels
The 2026 season kicks off in Asia: Doha will host the opening meeting on 8 May, followed by two consecutive stops in China, in Shanghai and Xiamen. The Wanda Diamond League then moves to Africa with the meeting in Rabat on 31 May, before the first European meeting of the season takes place in Rome the following week.
After stops in Stockholm, Oslo and Paris, the world’s best athletes will travel on to Eugene on the US West Coast. The series then returns to Europe with meetings in Monaco and London before the season enters the home stretch in August. Lausanne, Silesia and Zurich are the final stops before the world’s biggest stars gather in Brussels on 4 and 5 September for the Wanda Diamond League Final.
